Murray is the Director of North Harbour Valuers and has over 20 years experience in the valuation profession on the North Shore in both the public and private sectors, including compensation assignments, arbitration, and expert witness work. He has considerable experience in the valuation of residential and commercial properties, assisting a wide range of clients including government agencies, banks, lawyers, and private investors.
Murray has an extensive knowledge of the North Shore having worked with Valuation New Zealand (North Shore office) for 10 years where he reached the position of Acting District Valuer. He then held a senior role with Somerville Valuers (North Shore) until 2003.
Murray established North Harbour Valuers in 2004 to provide the region with specialised expert advice for all property types. Being born and bred on the Shore he has built up a reputation for being one of the most experienced and well respected Valuers practising in the region. Murray is a senior member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and an Associate of the NZ Institute of Valuers. He is married with two children and resides in Devonport.

Peter is a Registered Valuer with 20 years experience in property valuation and consulting / research. He has extensive experience in undertaking commercial, industrial and residential valuations across Auckland. Peter originally commenced his career with Valuation New Zealand rising to the position of senior valuer before joining Darroch Associates as senior commercial valuer (North Shore and Rodney). He has also held senior consulting positions with Bayleys Research and Knight Frank, and was Manager of Darroch Research & Consulting. His professional expertise covers all aspects of the property market from subdivisions through to large scale commercial buildings.
Peter is a senior member of the Property Institute of New Zealand, an Associate of the NZ Institute of Valuers and is a member of the Society of Property Researchers (UK). Peter is married with three children and resides in Takapuna.

Elena has nearly 15 years experience in property valuation. Elena originally commenced her career with Valuation New Zealand in 1989 where she worked for over 10 years in their North Shore District Office (Takapuna) attaining the position of Senior Valuer. She has also worked for Auckland City Valuation Division as Senior Valuer and brings a wealth of experience to north harbour valuers. Elena works on a part time basis; assisting valuers and maintaining the database as well as carrying out administrative duties.
Elena is a senior member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and an associate of the NZ institute of Valuers.
