TIKA WEIGHT TRAINING

 

 

 

 

 

TIKA Weight training revolves around the major lifts - bench press, dead lifts, chin up and squats.

 

Members receive complimentary programs to supplement TIKA Training. These programs are based around size / hypertrophy, strength, and power.

 

We believe it is best to rotate your weight training every 4 - 6 weeks dependant on your performance goals.
